Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchanges are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.

All products displayed in our store are eligible for return or exchange according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and sealed in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

Please take photos of the product and send them along with the city, address, and order number. The item will be replaced with another product in case it is defective, damaged, or not functioning as agreed.

A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from its description on the product page on our website.

We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding product usage that were not explicitly mentioned on our product page.

A 30% fee will be deducted if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or issue with it.
